3.02.22 - Erectors continue to hang steel. The pre-assembles are complete and crews are filling in the intermediate bays,

1.19.22 - Crews are pouring the second half of the foundation,

5.11.22 - This project is complete. Waiting on power,

 

3.18.22 - The stucco is complete. The ceiling grid installation is underway, and the electricians are installing the lights,

 

3.02.22 - Crews have made great progress this month. The paving is complete and masonry has begun. Interior crews continue to hang sheetrock,

2.15.22 - Interior crews are hanging drywall and the concrete crewmen are forming the paving. The excavation of the business park's eastern retention pond is almost complete,

 

1.19.22 - Erectors are sheeting the roof. Framers are framing the walls.

1.04.22 - Erectors are hanging steel for this new facility,

 

12.16.21 - Crews are preparing for the foundation pour,

 

11.11.21 - Site work is underway for a new 20,000 SF trade school, located at 20213 Binford Rd,

8.14.20 - This project is complete,

 

8.06.20 - Final clean is scheduled for next week,

 

7.07.20 - Waiting on power,

 

6.12.20 - Irrigation installation is underway. The crane installation is complete. Once this project has final power, crews will complete the AC, flooring, MEP trim out, and interior office painting,

5.29.20 - The entrance canopy is installed,

5.28.20 - Stone is complete and the interior walls are two sided, taped, and floated. AC grills will be completed today,

 

4.21.20 - Walls and roof are sheeted. The overhead doors are being installed, and the office framing, AC work, and plumbing rough in has begun,

4.13.20 - The building is 60% complete. Crewmen started to frame the office. Paving and curbs are completed,

 

3.30.20 - Erectors continue to hang steel as additional crews prepare for next weeks pour,

 

3.25.20 - Erectors are unloading steel,

 

3.18.20 - The foundation was poured today,

 

3.13.20 - Plumbing and electrical groundout are waiting on inspections. Crews are digging grade beams and seting steel, preparing to pour next Wednesday,

3.11.20 - Crews are setting p the slab for next week's pour. Crews are also plumbing ground out for the fire line,

3.02.20 - Finishing up subgrade for paving. Steel has been delivered,

 

2.20.20 - Crews finished installing the storm and will continue to form the pad,

 

12.27.19 - Crews have begun sitework for Grizzly's new facility. Dennis Montesinos is the PM and Kenneth Whitmill is the Superintendent,
