7.17.23 - The stucco and stone is complete. Crewmen are installing glass.

 

4.14.23 -The masons started their work on the stucco. This project is on schedule to be completed in May.

 

3.01.22 - Erectors continue to hang steel. The framing crews began framing the front facades. The paving crew will start pouring the paving soon,

 

12.02.22 - Crews began sheeting the buildings,

 

11.17.22 - Crews are erecting the first of the 12,000 SF flex office/warehouse spaces,

 

11.06.22 - Crewmen poured the first pad for this project. Spaces are available for sale or lease and range from 3,000 SF to 12,000 SF.

4.14.23 - Crews are hanging steel for the next storage unit,

 

 

3.01.22 - The first two buildings are fully sheeted and trimmed. Sheeting continues on the third storage unit,

12.02.22 - This boat and RV storage park will include 100,000 SF of storage within a total of 13 buildings. The first two buildings are poured,

6.08.20 - Painting is near completion. This project will be completed next week, following landscaping,

 

5.07.20 - Masonry contractors completed the stucco. The wall tile in the restrooms is being installed. M&M Erectors are trimming the building and installing the entry canopy,

 

4.30.20 - Painters completed their work painting the walls and ceilings. Door frames are being installed. The masonry contractor began the stucco facade,

 

4.23.20 - The entry canopy is complete. Painters are spraying the exposured structure. Electricians are building the service panels,

 

4.14.20 - AVAdek is installing the entry pergola. HVAC ductwork is being installed. Electricians are roughing in the plugs and switches,

 

4.02.20 - Interior buildout continues, window and door installation are also underway,

 

3.10.20 - Roof sheeting and siding are underway,

3.02.20 - Crewmen have finished sheeting the east wall,

 

2.27.20 - Erectors continue to hang steel, and began sheeting the east wall,

 

2.20.20 - The building is delivered and the erectors are shaking out and assembling the steel,

2.15.20 - Crews are pouring the foundation,

12.09.19 - This project was completed in November and SiteOne is moving in,

 

10.14.19 - Interior painting is underway and landscaping installation will soon follow,

 

9.27.19 - Painters are wrapping up. Site crew is cleaning up the site. The building should have power next week,

 

9.09.19 - Crews are tying steel in preparation for Wednesday's paving pour,

 

8.19.19 - The building is fully sheeted and trimmed. Downspouts are installed and the side canopy. Interior framing is underway,

8.09.19 - M&M Erectors continue to sheet the roof. Site crewmen are grading for paving,

 

7.23.19 - Crewmen are erecting the building,

7.10.19 - Crews are tying steel for tomorrow morning's pour,

 

6.28.19 - Sitework continues,

 

6.26.19 - Crews broke ground on this project last week. It will be a new 7,000 SF retail center and showroom for a wholesale landscape and irrigation supplier SiteOne. Trevor Robinson is the PM.
