Premier  | 173,982 SF PEMBs and 390,000 SF of Paving | Baytown, TX

This project includes five freestanding buildings and 390,000 SF of paving. There will be a 7,620 SF office building, 76,590 SF tiltwall fab shop, 73,614 SF trailer assembly shop, 11,658 SF paint shop, and a 4,500 SF test station canopy. 

4.01.26 - Crewmen poured the paint shop pad, the trailer shop pad, the office building pad, the test canopy pad, an additional acre of paving, and a driveway approach. The sitework is complete, and the storm utilities are completed. The first three buildings are arriving mid-April, and the second two in May. 

1.23.26 - We broke ground on this project in mid-November and have 50% of the building pad completed. Crews are moving dirt for paving subgrade and are working on the storm utilities. Our first pour is scheduled in a few weeks.
