8.31.12 - This job is progressing very well. Approximately 90% of the concrete paving is complete and crews are preparing for sidewalks and curbs. M&M crewmen have completed almost all of their work and should wrap up within a few days next week. All HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are completed. Permanent power is expected for early next week. All walls are framed and one-sided. Remaining sheetrock will be hung next week. Masonry work is soon to begin. Stairs are installed and we expect the elevator within the next week. The completion date is still projected for November.

7.12.12 - Great progress has been made framing the office. Most of the walls are framed; electricians are continuing the rough-in of the office and rotor building; the fire sprinkler contractor began the office area sprinkler system yesterday and should have it completed next week. The HVAC rough-in will begin next week also. We have poured approximately 25 percent of the concrete paving and began grading for the rest when the rain started. The rain has caused major delays. We have the steam building foundation ready to pour, but the rain has delayed that as well. It will likely be poured on Monday morning. Plumbers have tied in the sanitary sewer line and have run the water line to the building.

We are trying to extablish the correct subgrades for the concrete paving but the rain is causing delays.
